You do not need experience

Most of our students did not come from a therapy or hypnosis background. Some had never guided anyone into relaxation in their lives. What they shared was curiosity about consciousness, and a wish to help people explore their own inner worlds. The training was built for exactly that starting point: step by step, in plain language, with nothing assumed.

What you actually learn

The Level 1 training begins with the foundations: what hypnosis and trance really are, and what they are not. You learn the client interview, the language of the subconscious, and how to develop your own calm, steady hypnotic voice.

Then you learn the full QUHT session protocol, in order: deep relaxation, journeys into past life memory, connection with the higher self, and special techniques such as exploring the Akashic Records. You study both the direct, authoritative style of guidance and the gentle, permissive style, and you learn when each one serves the client best.

The training is fully online and self-paced, with audio and video lessons you can pause and return to anytime. With steady practice, the study itself takes most students one to two weeks, up to about a month, and you move entirely at your own pace. You also receive ongoing academy support and a monthly live Q&A, so questions never have to wait long for an answer.

The five practice sessions

Certification is earned in practice, not just in lessons. To complete Level 1, you guide five full practice sessions with real people. If finding practice subjects feels daunting, the academy helps you find them.

You record each session and send it to us by email. Every recording is reviewed one by one, and you receive our feedback by email each time: what worked, what to soften, what to deepen. By the fifth session, most students are surprised at how natural their voice has become.

When all five are approved, you receive your official QUHT certificate, and you can begin offering sessions of your own, in person and online, from anywhere in the world.

A gift waiting for you at graduation

There is one more thing, and our graduates love it. When you receive your QUHT certificate, you can request a full personal session for yourself at half price: $166.50 instead of $333, guided by a practitioner the academy chooses for you.

It is our way of honoring the path you walked. You spent the training guiding others into their inner worlds. At the end, you get to be guided into your own, by someone we trust, for half the usual price.

Work from anywhere

One of the quiet gifts of this work is where it lets you live. As a QUHT practitioner, your clients can be anywhere in the world, and so can you. Sessions are held in person and online, and many practitioners choose online for a simple reason: it keeps life light.

There is no office to rent. No driving across town, no fuel, no rushing from place to place. You sit in your own home, in your own calm corner, and your next client might be on another continent. The hours of the session belong entirely to the work, not to the road, and you can give them from wherever you happen to be.

And if you love being with people in the same room, that door is wide open too. You can welcome clients into your own space today, or into an office of your own someday if you ever choose to have one. The method travels with you. Your practice can look like your life: rooted at home, out in the world, or both.

Questions everyone asks

Do I need to know anything about hypnosis before I start?
No. Nothing at all. The training assumes no background in hypnosis, therapy, or energy work. It starts from the very beginning and builds step by step, so complete beginners and experienced practitioners learn side by side.

How long does the training take?
The lessons themselves take most students one to two weeks, up to about a month, studying at their own pace. Certification is the second part: when your five practice sessions have been reviewed and approved, you officially receive your QUHT certificate.

Do I have to find my own practice clients?
No. If you do not have people to practice with, the academy helps you find practice subjects, so nothing stands between you and your certification.

Is it really all online?
Yes. The lessons, the support, the monthly live Q&A, and even the review of your practice sessions by email all happen online. Students join from all over the world, and graduates can offer their sessions in person and online.

What kind of work is this?

QUHT practitioners are guides, not therapists. This is educational work for personal growth and exploration: you help people visit their own memories, meet their own wisdom, and leave with their own answers. Your voice is the only tool. In a session you sit at a distance, you never touch the client, and the experience unfolds entirely in their inner world.

For many practitioners, that is the beauty of it. The work is deep, the method is structured, and the transformation belongs to the client.
