Opening Ceremony & Cacao Gathering
Our journey begins with an opening ceremony designed to help participants arrive fully into the experience. Through music, meditation, herbal teas, cacao, and sacred intention-setting, we will create a shared container for the week ahead and begin connecting with one another as a community.
Pluto's Cave
Hidden among the volcanic landscape of Mount Shasta lies Pluto's Cave, an ancient lava tube formed thousands of years ago. This remarkable underground chamber invites us to explore themes of transformation, rebirth, and the mysteries that lie beneath the surface. Walking through the cave offers a powerful reminder that growth often begins in the darkness before emerging into the light.
Balinese Healing Experience
Experience a traditional Balinese energy healing practice by a Jnana Kanda practitioner. This immersive session offers an opportunity to restore balance, release stress, and reconnect with your inner sense of harmony while learning about healing traditions from another part of the world.
Sound Bath Journey
Allow yourself to be carried into deep relaxation through the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, sacred instruments, and vibrational sound. Participants often report profound states of calm, insight, emotional release, and energetic renewal.
Fairy Falls Nature Excursion
Nestled within the forests surrounding Mount Shasta, Fairy Falls is one of the area's most enchanting natural treasures. Yin Yoga & Integration
Transformation requires integration. Throughout the retreat, participants will have opportunities to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and process their experiences through gentle movement, mindfulness, and guided reflection.
Sacred Art Integration Experience
